Sarah Cawood is one of the most versatile and engaging presenters in television. Currently hosting Eurovision for BBC3, The National Lottery EuroMillions Draw for BBC1 and regularly discussing current affairs topics on shows such as ‘The Wright Stuff’ for Five and ‘Angela and Friends’ for Sky1, Sarah’s style is a terrific mixture of irreverence and intelligence.

In a broadcasting career of over a decade, Sarah has hosted shows such as ‘Soundtrack Of My Life’ for ITV1, ‘Comic Relief Presents Fame Academy’ for BBC Three, her own quiz show ‘That's The Question; for Challenge TV, ‘The National Lottery Jet Set’ for BBC1, ‘The Girlie Show’, ‘Blind Date - Kiss and Tell’ on ITV2, ‘Mrs Popstar’ on VH1, ‘Fame Academy for Comic Relief 2007’, and been ‘This Morning's’ I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here’ correspondent as well as a regular reporter for ‘Richard & Judy’ on Channel 4.

And the list goes on….. Sarah has presented the ‘Essential…’ series for the Travel Channel, ‘Love is Blind’ and ‘The Real Ugly Betty’ for Wedding TV and ‘Terminator: Behind the Scenes’ for Virgin1. She is a frequent guest on shows such as ‘Loose Women’ ‘Ready Steady Cook’, ‘Strictly Come Dancing - It Takes Two’, ‘Inside Celebrity’, ‘Big Brother's Little Brother/BB's Big Mouth’and ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’ as well as ‘It's Not What You Know’ for Challenge TV.

She’s as clever as she is pretty, and won a celebrity edition of ‘The Weakest Link’ on BBC1. She has been seen showing off her make-up skills on ‘This Morning’ for ITV1 and her culinary skills on ‘Celebrity Masterchef’ for BBC1 and was also part of the celebrity line up for BBC1 and BBC3's Children in Need series ‘Celebrity Scissorhands

A huge music fan, and a veteran of MTV and ‘Top of the Pops’, she is in her element in a muddy field with a camera crew, sixty thousand people and a band, and this was demonstrated ably on ITV1 and 2 where Sarah presented their coverage of the festivals at Reading and Leeds.

It wasn’t always so ‘showbiz, though. A talented young ballet dancer, her ballet career took her all over Europe and finally back to the West End for a stint in Phantom of the Opera, before she made the move into TV, and her performance skills were also on show in an acting capacity in the film ‘Velvet Goldmine’.

In April 2008 Sarah took part in The Great Walk to Beijing to raise funds for cancer care and she also took part in the Race For Life 5k run in July 2008. She will soon be seen testing herself to the physical limits once again in BBC1’s ‘Celebrity Total Wipeout’.
